Amanda McClurg, Catering Director

Amanda had been the Catering Director of the Summit Club since the fall of 2003. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne.

Amanda came to the Summit Club with over five years of experience in the catering industry working on event coordination and planning. Her experience includes Account Executive for the Fort Wayne Marriot where she maintained and serviced corporate and social accounts along with the planning and coordination of weddings and varied social events. Prior to the Marriot, Amanda was Assistant Manager for Elegant Occasion Reception Hall, where she was responsible for all banquet and reception activities.

Amanda is a member of the Times Corner Lions Club and was a team member of the Saint Francis Womens Basketball team.

Amanda enjoys good wine and fine spirits, she is also an avid traveler; her destination of choice is the Caribbean.
