The Wine Collection at the Summit Club offers our members and their guest a broad and
deep range of choices to complement the dining experience. Old World producers, rising
stars and exciting New World wineries are equally represented on our always growing wine
list.
We believe the most important factors to consider when pairing dishes with "appropriate" wines,
are the personal preferences and tastes of our members and their guests. With this in mind,
Chef Eduardo Castillo, Dining Manager James Helvie and our knowledgeable service staff
